Overall a good stay in a big villa but there are some easy improvements that could be made, especially considering the high price tag. For instance, the kitchen has very very limited utensils, only a few plates and glasses, exactly one old cutting board, no coffee machine and so on. The villa looks well maintained but it's a bit empty - just a lot of empty space that even a big family won't fill. Breakfast was very basic but ok. Service was always friendly and prompt. Location on the beach is nice but note that there are no sea views from most of the 5 bedroom villas.

We love the location as it’s right on the Kite Beach. Amazing view and ambience. Perfect place to host a party and have friends over. We love hanging out in the balcony of the first floor and ground floor studios / one beds. Rooms are slightly old however and may need renovation as the last time we had rain water seep in. The restrooms could be better too, and the toiletries provided.

Roda Beach Resort is one of the best Hotel Resort in Dubai. They have an amazing view and very near to the beach. The staff are very accommodating!! I would like to commend Chef Ahmed Hefny and his team with a wonderful dinner!! Such a great service!! You must try their pizza!! So Delicious!! We will definitely come back in Roda Beach Resort!! Thank you

This was a truly wonderful stay. The staff for starters were delightful….were discrete, highly respectful and so so helpful …everyone||The morning breakfast was really excellent …really really excellent and the omelette were just so …

We had a great stay. Staff very helpful . Sanawar was especially helpful and professional and extremely kind. Pool, villas and cleaning all very good. Position right by the beach was a major advantage. Also son excellent coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Very nice hotel just front the beach with many beach activities for adults and kids. The location is beautiful and staff are very welcoming. Thanks to Sanawar and Sama for their kind hospitality. I have been given upgrade to the room I booked, I highly recommend it.

We really like this spot in Dubai. Very close to the kite spot. Breakfast is very standard, all of our requests were fulfilled. ||Nice checkin service by Sanawar, taking care of us.||Parking is possible in front of the building. Short distance to the entrance.

Thanks a lot to Sanawar for his welcome and services!|This was our first time in Dubai, he was very helpful and always asked if we needed anything! The pool was very pleasant, warm but also a nice refresh from the dubai sun. The food also around the pool was great and really tasty!! |I recommend!
